Our Fitness Center offers strength training equipment, a variety of cardio machines, free weights and a group personal training area. There are 3 group exercise studios, a large studio, small yoga studio and hot yoga room. We have a wide range of classes such as Les Mills Body Pump, Yoga Basics, Hot Yoga, Power Yoga, and Restorative. You will also find Zumba, Insanity, HIIT and Boot Camp on the schedule among other great classes all of which are included in your membership. Classes range from beginner to advanced.
