Registration for Programs
SPLASH is an ability-based swim school program that is guided by current American Red Cross standards which focus on creating lifelong aquatic habits including water safety and swimming skills. We ensure our experienced swim instructors can spend more time with each participant, creating a more individualized learning experience for all ages! We strive to maintain the highest levels of quality instruction and safety. Join the fun!
SPLASH Group Classes
A Parent & Baby/ Toddler Swim Lesson for beginning swimmers ages 6 months to 36 months. Parents and children learn, songs, and skill practice to help children learn the beginning skills Parents MUST accompany children in the water.
SPLASH Level 1
For beginning swimmers who have had very little or no swim instruction, focusing on basic water skills.
SPLASH Level 2
For swimmers who have some basic water skills. Swimmers learn to independently float and glide on their front and back, develop simultaneous and alternating arms and leg actions, fundamentals of side breathing, and lay a foundation for future strokes.
SPLASH Level 3
For swimmers able to swim with combined stroke on front and back (without assistance). Completion of Level 2 is required for registration or schedule an evaluation appointment.
SPLASH Level 4 (Swim Team Prep)
The goal of Level 4 is to refine strokes so participants swim them with more ease, efficiency, power, and smoothness over greater distances to increase aquatic fitness. Competition of Level 3 is required for registration or schedule an evaluation appointment.
It is never to late to learn to swim! Adult SPLASH works with participants at their level to learn basic aquatic skills and swimming strokes. Participants learn to put their face in the water, float, and beginning swimming skills such as freestyle and backstroke! More advanced beginners learn to improve skills, swimming strokes, and endurance. This class helps fine tune swimmers technique so help swimmers transition to fitness swimmers.
