The Gateway YWCA provides specially designed wellness programming for individuals, groups or organizations. You tell us what your goals are and we’ll build a program that fits your workout needs.
Our well qualified wellness staff customizes fitness programs for teachers, businesses and individuals with a specific collective fitness goal in mind. We design programs for individuals just beginning a wellness plan as well as those training for triathlons.

Some of our specific programs include:
Winner’s Circle - Weight loss ProgramStop being a “loser” and come be a part of our Winner’s Circle! This is your chance to lose weight and tone up your body, mind, and spirit in this 8 week contest!
In this program you will learn how to burn fat even while you’re resting. This is possible through a unique method of training which elevates your fat burning hormones. This method is called Metabolic Effect (ME). In addition to ME, we will take you thorough various nutrition classes and behavior modification exercises so that you make your changes last.
On the first night you’ll:
Be placed on a team
Choose a team captain
Be assigned a trainer
And get ready to feel the burn as you melt the fat away!
Sign up individually or sign up with a team. Throughout the program plan on 2 weekly evening workout sessions and a free choice workout on Saturday. On Saturdays, after hours, we will re-open the YWCA for your team.
Not a member of the YWCA? No problem! During this program non-members will have access to our facility.
Elementary School PE Programs
 The Gateway YWCA currently provides specially designed PE programming for several local schools.
