Make a Difference
Make a Difference Day
The Make a Difference Day Program is a nine month structured educational day program for court related students ages 6 to 17 years old, or students at risk referred or ordered through the local Department of Juvenile Justice, law enforcement and other community agencies that have been expelled or suspended from school.
The program provides a tutorial academic enhancement program for court ordered long term expelled students to continue learning while out of school and assist court ordered 10 days or less suspended students to be able to complete school work/Assignments while away from school. The goal is to reduce the recidivism rate of the participants and reduce the likelihood of continued delinquent behavior.
