The prep swim team is open to all swimmers ages 5 and older who can swim one length of the pool in a recognizable stroke on their stomach and one on their back. Swimmers will learn stroke technique, starts and turns in a low key environment. This program also includes goal setting and advance stroke development. The purpose is to provide "advance" lessons to children who are not quite ready for the competitive atmosphere of swim team.
